I am trying to eat multiple meals a day, and I just can't seem to get six. I eat breakfast at 9, lunch between 12-1 (after my workout), something around 3, dinner at 6, and another meal at 9. By the way, either my 3 o'clock or 9 o'clock meal is an Optimum Nutrition Gainer Shake.
1) Is it OK for me to replace one of my meals with the ON Gainer Shake? 2) What am I losing by not having that 6th meal? 3) What do you suggest someone should eat for breakfast? Right now, I am only able to scarf down a quick bowl of cereal (Frosted Mini Wheats or Honey Bunches of Oats) before work. Should I add a couple of eggs to it?
There are no target specific exercises for losing body fat in particular areas. Crunches will not remove the spare tire and side bends will not remove your love handles.
You've got to take in fewer calories than you burn. So being on the Fit True Nutritional Plan is the first part. Then working out rigorously is the second. If there's a third part it's patience. Your friend didn't put fat on overnight and it won't come off overnight. But if your eating right and exercising your body will have to give up the goods eventually.
Some folks, myself included have done well with this: http://astore.amazon.com/fittrueblog-20/detail/B000IEGEAI
1) Yes 2) Not much. 5 meals is great. What you should do is if you find yourself staying up late then through another meal. Otherwise don't worry about it. 5 is good 3) Eggs on top of your cereal would be great. You'll notice a boost in strength and more energy in your workouts. I promise.
Can you suggest any way to deal with fat from the middle back? I have a friend that is wondering... :)

How many licks does it take to get to the center of a tootsie-pop?
